Coorg is an administrative district in the Karnataka state of India. Before 1956, it was an administratively separate Coorg State.

Hasanamba Temple – The temple is dedicated to Goddess Shakti. The unique thing about the temple is, it opens only for 2 weeks during Diwali. Devotees offer raw rice and light a lamp to the goddess. Many have claimed that rice never gets rotten and the lamp remains burning till the temple reopens next year.

Hoysaleshwar Temple Halebidu– Hoysaleshwar temple is a 12th century Lord Shiva temple in Halebidu. Temple has been restored and is a major tourist attraction for its temple architecture. Visited by International travellers all around the year.

Chennakesava Temples Belur– The Chennakesava Temple is a riverside temple in Belur, the erstwhile capital of the Hoysala Empire. Chennakesava is a form of Hindu God Vishnu and the temples are renowned for their temple architecture and visited all around the year by international travellers.

Shravanbelagola– Shravanbelagola is home to a statue of Gommateshvara Bahubali and is one of the most important pilgrimage destinations in Jainism, The statue is set on a hill and requires climbing several hundred steps.

Omkareshwara Temple Coorg– Omkareshwara temple in Coorg (built-in 1820) overlooks a water tank and is located on the outskirts of Madikeri, represents a mix of Islamic and Gothic style of architecture.

Abbey Falls– Abbey Falls is a set of waterfalls located at 8 Kms from Madikeri One has to walk through plantations to access this. A popular tourist visit place.

Dubare Elephant Camp– Dubare elephant camp is set across the Cauvery river (A short boat ride required to access) near Kushalnagar. Here guests arrive for an elephant interaction (Bathing an elephant is most enjoyable for kids and adults) and enjoy an elephant ride & coracle ride. There is a full-day elephant interaction program guests can opt for or just it can be just a visit.

Cauvery Nisargdhama– Cauvery Nisargadhama is a 64-acre nature park having animals in its natural habitat and is visited as a picnic spot. Elephant rides and feeding deers are an attraction for kids.

Nagarhole National Park– Nagarhole (popularly known as Kabini”) represents one of the best park experiences in India. Coracle ride, elephant training camp visit & elephant ride, boat ride, Jeep safaris comprise some of the activities in and around the parking area.

Day 1: Bengaluru - Hassan (200Kms/3-4 Hrs)

Arrive at Bengaluru airport and drive to Hassan. Hassan is named after Hasanamba temple and it is also the base point to visit Hoysala era Halebid and Belur temples, renowned for their heritage character and architecture. Visit Hasanamba temple, Halebid, and Belur and return to Hassan by evening. Overnight, stay at a hotel in Hassan.

Day 2: Hassan - Coorg via Shravanbelagola (135Kms/3-4 Hrs)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Coorg via Shravanbelagola, Jain Pilgrimage center (requires to climb 500 steps). Coorg, also known as Kodagu, by its anglicized former name of Coorg, is a mountainous district located in the south of India, known for its beautiful scenery and hospitable people. Glorious sounds, sights, and scents welcome you as you enter Coorg. It occupies an area of 4,102 square kilometers (1,584sqmi) in the Western Ghats of southwestern Karnataka. Kodagu is well known in the world for coffee. Overnight, stay at a hotel in Coorg.

Day 3: Coorg

After breakfast, enjoy local sightseeing of Coorg. Visit Rajah Seat, Omkareshwara Temple, Abby Falls, Madikeri Fort, Dubare Elephant Camp, Kaveri Nisargadhama, Bylakuppe (Kushalnagar). Overnight, stay at a hotel in Coorg.

Day 4: Coorg

After breakfast, just relax and explore local markets and enjoy plantation views. Overnight, stay at hotel in Coorg.

Day 5: Coorg - Kabini (150Kms/3-4 Hrs)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Kabini also known as Nagarhole. Rajiv Gandhi National Park is located here and it is one of the best parks in India for a safari experience. Enjoy a safari in the evening. Overnight, stay at a hotel in Kabini.

Day 6: Kabini - Bangalore (170Kms/3-4 Hrs)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Bangalore airport for an onward journey.
